Mava’s Echo: A Short Story of Celtic Myth and Magic

To thank readers who followed the blog’s move to my new website, I’m offering everyone who joins my Reader List a FREE ebook of Mava’s Echo: A Short Story of Celtic Myth and Magic. Originally published in Mindflights in 2010, Mava’s Echo is a work of historical fantasy and happens to be the first short story I ever sold. I’ve reworked it as a short ebook, and also added a historical note. You can get a copy by joining my Reader List HERE.

Mava's Echo: A Short Story of Celtic Myth and Magic

About the Story

The promise of gold lures an Irish chieftain and Mava, his strong-willed wife, to an ancient ringfort. But when a banshee’s cry echoes from the ruins, they are warned to turn back. Or at least one of them is going to die.

About My Reader List

In addition to receiving a free copy of Mava’s Echo, members of my Reader List will also receive news on new releases. This includes the upcoming sequel to Enoch’s Device. As we near the release date, I plan to update readers on the book’s progress, title, and cover art. And there will be more short stories coming down the pike too.

For now, however, I hope you enjoy Mava’s Echo!
